Well Monday night, laying in bed waiting to fall asleep I got the zingers in my head...what a way to start the night..I was in tears! Never has that happened to me while I was relaxed..I always had them when I was feeling a little stressed, totally floored me...I think my husband thinks I'm a nut...anyone had them? while at rest?

Hi kgirl04 I think your zingers might be what I call electric currents or tremors and they stink! Many times I wake up with them which I hate as usualy I have had only 3 hours sleep. Hope you got some sleep, the lack of sleep for me makes everything worse I am sure. Oh and you are not a nut just stuck with this crud.

I NEVER have a problem sleeping...LOL...The first time I ever had a 'zinger' I was at work, I literally jumped out of my chair(in front of co-workers and patients, not a good scene)..I would get them every so often, but since I have been on disability form my job, the other night was the first time I had one, so I thought maybe it was related to stress. Do you notice when you get them, if you are feeling stressed??

well stress will kick it off but for me seems like if I have a good day up more doing a few things the next day bam it can knock me flat. Seems like anytime my body has to use any energy I get beat up the next day. I wonder sometimes if I haven't deveoped Chronic Fatigue

Nuts? Us? naw...Stress, too much exercise (any for that matter), over working, eating the wrong thing, drinking the wrong thing, perhaps just existing sparks an episode for me. Does anyone get moody or extremely emotional for no reason?

Ha! I'm moody and emotional...I used to be a pretty tough cookie...Could hang with the best of them, ride my Harley, I worked out pretty consistently, I was very strong...Emotionally I was very strong, and everyone used to call me "smiley"..NOW...my husband calls me "Krabby" he's always asking me "is this a mood swing?", the only exercise I have done in the past year is walk my dog...(I can barely get my hand around a dumbbell, let alone do reps)sold my bike, and haven't 'hung' in about 7 months..This illness really robs you of your life as you know it...I also cry at the drop of a hat..such a sissy

Today I have alittle headach but I'm ok. I was very tired this week. Monday night was horrible. I thought I was dying. Earlier I had alot of pain in my neck and in my coller bones. In the middle of the night I woke up in so much pain in those spots & in my legs. I thought I had fever but when I checked it was fine. I was freezing and piled all the blankets on top of me. Tuesday I was just so drained that everyone had to fend for themselves because I coildn't get out of bed. To top it off my hubby came home from work that Wednesday sick as a dog. He went right to bed with nothing to eat. He had a hight fever & diarreaha(spelling). He was home from work for 2 days & the Dr said he had Gastritis. I'm so so happy I did not catch anything.
