Hi Wishes. I too always felt a bit better on sunny days. My doc checked my vitamin D and it was low. I started taking D3 and that has helped a lot as well. My doc said that the majority of us don't get enough from sunshine alone and so many of us are vitamin d deficient and don't even know it (I didn't know it). Have you had your vitamin d levels checked?

Hi Annie, thanks for the message, I was having a horrible day & felt better when I got it. Have been taking regular Vitamin D with Calcium. I'm just going to a Community Clinic, paying sliding fee & pretty well broke after being out of work for 4 years so can't afford extra tests. However, I was ordering Vitamin B12 to boost the immune system, so ordered Vitamin D3 as well.

The sun isn't always great. If it's humid out & the mold is high, the mold wreaks havoc with my MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity). I didn't always have that & it's interfering with my any CEBV remission so later I plan to do some oxygen therapy. One expense at a time. Hope you are continuing to regain strength. I had many productive years of 50-90% remission so good luck with that. Sometimes the moral support is the best vitamin of all, so thanks again! Tongue
