Hi, my name is Christine and I have just been diagnosed with Celiacs Disease. Since my diagnosis three weeks ago, I have been reading anything and everything I can to find out the best way to transition to a Gluten-Free life. I am wondering if it is possible to have a shared kitchen with non-gluten products? Can I ever bake a cake with gluten in it for someone else? Will I have to call company after company about products that have questionable ingredients? The more I read the more overwhelmed I feel. I recently have a bad reaction and I can't for the life of me figure out what I had that contained gluten, but I admit my kitchen is not free of gluten-based products yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
