I do, I eat one from Breyers that is 99.9 % lactose free. As long as I don't eat to much of it I am fine.

Breyers is what I found over the weekend. I was just curious if anybody had any problem with lactose free icecream. Thx

While a bit off topic here TigerCubs, there is always most yogarts (could freeze them) and most cheeses (hard ones). The bugs in them have pretty well taken care of the lactose.

I have tried many forms of ice cream. I'm EXTREMELY lactose intolerant and cannot have the smallest amount of lactose even in yogurt. Granted, I can digest lactose (which is a different molecular structure) from goats, just not cow.

This is the best non-diary, GF ice cream I've found. Check to make sure all flavors are GF. I'm not sure about that.
