First of all, welcome to the group. Yes I tried the braces but found no relief. I had CT in both wrist and worked in a dental lab. My wife had the surgery and it worked well for her. Because her seurgery went so well she talked me into it. At work I had short term disability and fairly good insurance so I had both hands done at the same time to shorten the time off work. After the recovery it was like I had new hands. Workers comp or not you should seriously consider the surgery. As I understand it workers comp is a usually a big fight and after your claim you are a marked man. If you apply for a position with another company they will find out that you filed and it could hurt your chances for hire. Best wishes. RKS Find the Happy and squeeze ! |
