I just got home, it's 6:45pm. Longass day.

I left this moning around 11:30 I think...I had to pick up an elderly man who is one of the shut-ins I take care of...Took him and his wife to the Hospital to attend a Diabetes class ( 3 hrs ) and I attended too, I supply some of their meals so I had to learn all about Diabetes as far as counting grams and shopping for the right foods and they gave him a Diabetes test kit (meter) and taught us how to check his Sugar, I am bushed!

While I was there, I had one of my attacks..where my head feels horrible pain and I get all redfaced and dizzy...they gave me a bottled water, opened the door and put a small fan to my face. I didn't black out, thank God, it was embarrasing enough. I dropped them back off at their house after we picked them up a few neccessities at the grocery store, and as I got back in my car, my head hit the headrest and I felt the spinning and everything went black. The headrest is plush, not hard so I guess the tumor is acting out because I'm doing too much and under a great deal of stress. After I got home, I fed my puppies out back, and my two outside kitties that needed a home, and my baby. that lives in my house with me, my 4 yr old Miss Bluebelle, I will try to post her pic up in a bit...anyway, I stood up after placeing her dish on the floor, and almost passed out again.

I was going to help a very special lady tomorrow to pick up her Saab which had been in the shop, She is afraid for me to drive back alone. So other arrangements had to be made. I feel SO BAD for being an inconvieance to her plans, but now I'm starting to get concerned, I am not SuperWoman, ( I thought I was ..or was it WonderWoman?) anyway...I have to get smarter and learn when to say NO....but when it comes to being a help, NO is the hardest thing for me to say. I have someone staying with me right now, a lady and her teenage son, so when it comes time for me to drive back to WV/Ohio,,I have someone to go with me. So I guess that's a start. Gotta take care of lil Cherie..I know..I know.

I am doing ok right now, I do have a birthday party to attend tomorrow late afternoon, I've already got her gifts wrapped so that's out of the way...I am going to let the water soothe me and get some sleep tonight. I probably wont be online after 12 midnight.

Dang. It was all about me. Sorry. But it's time I come to terms about my ailment, and one way to do that is confess my stupidity to my friends and see it in writing myself. That's it in a nutshell.

I love this family here in mdjunction, I appreciate the friendships and bond that I've been fortunate enough to have here. Thanks, everyone. It's time I call the hosp and let them put the phone to Mama's ear..so I can tell her I love her...and that I understand, and by her Lord's infinate grace, he will take her home when it's time, I will though reluctantly so, let her go. She had a good life, and now she's not more than a vegetable, one that can feel the pain, and feel the cancer devouring her. I LOVE MY MAMA SOOOOOO MUCH!:* :?

Life is a mystery. It is a gift.
Don't dare miss even a moment of it.
Yesterday was a lesson, today is a prayer,
Tomorrow would mean nothing,
If I can't find you there !
