if purging is such a bad thing why does it feel so good? why does it make me less stressed? it takes away the hurt i feel and bury's my emotions so i don't have to deal with them!!

I thought things were getting better with it but ever since i started getting all these emotions about my birth family its gone out of control again, its the only thing keeping me from falling apart Sad

Well I think the purging allows us to control the pain that we can't control in other areas of our lives. In addition it takes us away mentally from the emotions for a while. Some people actually visualize purging the emotions at the same time. I tend to use it to punish myself though so I can't say I enjoy it at all.

Bulemia is an anxiety disorder. Many times I am trembling as I grab whatever I can get my hands on and eat like there is no tomorrow!!! Adding more and more until, the purge... the release of not just the food, but the anxiety

I understand this totally! Just remember that when your sick, your not throwing up as much of what you have eaten as you think, and in fact bulimics on average, only get rid of 20% of what they are eating. On the anxiety side, is there nothing else that helps reduce the feeling?

The 20% stat goes for laxatives.
