Yeah he knows but he really eats all the time. I don't think I would see him. I think I feell bad having to ask. Should I?

i had to ask my dad to, we kinda came to a compramise that worked for us. maybe you could explain to him how hard that him eating in front of you makes it, and then ask if there was some kinda compramise yall could come to where it didnt happen as much.

Thank you. That is a good idea. Do you feel bad. I just always feel guilty even when people say things don't bother them. I don't know how to get passed it and it is a big trigger to my overeating. Thank you for being so kind to me

no problem..

i do sometimes feel bad, usually just when dad says stuff like, why cant you just get over this, or i hate having to do this, its so inconvienient. stuff like that makes me feel kinda bad, but i know that its something i need in orer to get better. and i really want to get better.

Thanks again. I spoke to my hubby and he said he would do what he could to help me. It made me feel alot better. I would have never done it without your suggetion.

Yeah I really appreciate it. i am bad to just hide my feelinf=gs for fear of bothering someone so i had stopped standing up for myseelf period. I sat him down this weekendd and pulled up my own info and let him read it. I also explained why i think I do what i do. he seemed to be more willing to help. Also I mentioned to him I would have to go in somewhere if not. He switched gears immediately. made a big dif! Thanks again.

By the way, big step fpr me as I do it Everyday, I haven't purged since Wednesday night so I am coming up on a week. Its been a long time since I could say that!

thats great girl. im so glad you did that. i know i have problems standing up for my self to and speaking how i really feel. so i know it must have been hard and scary for you, but isnt it worth it now. congrats on the week w/o purging.

Ok well as of today I haven't purged since last week so I have almost a week. Talking to anyone about this has always been hard. It is my biggest demon.
