I did it twice yesterday. 1st around 2:30a and then last night. The bingeing(and purging)... I take a normal hunger pang, and go berserk. I got rid of the afternoon binge and had a wonderful healthy dinner. Got a salty craving around seven pm and all hell broke loose, It litterally takes less than 5 minutes to consume all that I grab. Why does the brain say I need all this? My mind is on nothing else. Is there something that helps in that moment when you start grabbing everything?????

rlt-I feel your pain. I did twice yesterday too...I know I b/p because something is upsetting me that I'd rather not deal with on an emotional level...what I'm trying to do now is do anything to stop from b/p...even it means just watching TV or going online or for a walk....we have to stop hurting ourselves...and we CAN get through this!
