Should I be concerned if my heart rate drops below 60..... they didn't do any heart studies on me just checked my blood and said I was fine. No purging in 5 weeks tomorrow and all these problems *sigh*

Elvin. Great question! Average heart rate for humans is 72 bpm, but anywhere from 50's - 90's could be considered "normal," depending on your level of cardiovascular fitness. Hope this helps!
