My daughter is a BC survivor.

She was diagnosed in 1991. We all had horrifying 5 years of treatments and surgeries. Ups and Downs, good days and bad days.

The reason I am writing, is that support groups (for her and for the family) were the light in our lives throughout the whole period. It was the only place we could talk to people that were exactly in our situation. The only place we could cry without everyone around us panicking. A true comfort place.

I hope all the women fighting BC, would realize the great benefits of support groups (this one or another) and use in smartly.

Good Luck and you have my heart,

Mrs. Amerson

I got it from roy that more support groups are to come in the near future, I always believed that people, together have great power, from healing to deomnstration (excuse my comparison yes?). I hope this site will be an example for that!
