Hi

I had breast augmentation 6 years ago.......I try to do breast exams but I had silicone and they have stayed firm so I find it hard to feel and exam my boobs.......

Anyone got any tips or advice?

Hello rubyred,

having implents shouldn't be a prob when doing the exam.

if you are not sure, go to the doc. they have ehnough experience testing this.

FYI - they should be doing a MRI on you if you have implants! I know someone who had a cancerous lump behind the implant; so it's very important to get your exams!

Still do you self-exams, you are looking for any "changes"!
