Today I had a mammogram (both breasts) and ultrasound of left breast and armpit. I had hoped to hear from Dr Heller today; the radiologist had alreeady called by the time I left. Took hours at Drs office and at lab, so I'm tired.

thats the first step now for the next get plenty of sleep and do something you like doing like reading

and log changes in a note book
