so one of myfriends has just been diagnosed with bpd and she said that she hates that she has been diagnosed with it and would rather be dead then be though of as bpd.

she said she is embarassed to be diagnosed bpd.

this is making me feel like crap. i have bpd and i never knew it made me a bad person?

i think she thinks that people with personallity disorders are attention seekers and manipulitive. and only try to kill themselves for attention.

well she better not think like that since she's now lumped into that group too.

to be honest her diagnosis isnt going to go away so i am going to leave her to teach herself that BPD is just as important and hard to deal with as other mental health problems.

she has to go into treatment for her newly diagnosed BPD so she will learn soon.

i dont have the time for her i know the truth and that is all that matteres.
