MDJunction to me

HiddenButterfly"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (HiddenButterfly)

I think trying to find someone who specializes in BPD clients could really improve things, if youre able to do so. I was socked about how much it helped me. Just keep trying, and while it may not happen fast; things can get better.

Keeping things interesting since 1983

I'm not a doctor or a therapist, I'm just someone who is working on my issues just like everyone else. I can, however, offer support, understanding, and opinion from personal experience.

Hi Petirrojo, I understand how hard it can be to see any light some days, I to am just existing, your visit to meet the leader of a DBT group, could be a great opportunity. I am glad your Therapist is meeting with you and I hope it all goes well.

Sending you lots of Light, Love & Laughter.

Light

Petirrojo, I hope things are better after seeing your t. I'm hoping for a better apt tmrw after airing my insecurities and issues with her on Monday. It's so hard to deal with rejection, and yet the nature of bpd and the stigma surrounding it makes it 10x more often and 10x more worse than other people, at the very least.

Hoping you feel better! Keep posting, I like to know that you're still around for us all, you're a great strength!

That's one thing I had to explain to my counselor, I can only do little goals right now. Like some days getting dressed and brushing my teeth are my "big" goals of the day. We changed tactics this week, and she wants me to become a "happiness seeker" which is a weird idea for me, but it's all about doing small things one at a time that make me feel better. Maybe not "good" on a bad day, but "not so bad".

Be gentle with yourself, and base your goals on what you're feeling up to that day! Good luck with it!
