MDJunction to me

Support is essential for families and individuals with tourette as is information. I'm glad to have the opportunity to be there. I also learn as I go as others share their experience and knowledge." Just wondering how many of us here have actually been professionally diagnosed with BPD, and how many are here because they feel that the shoe fits? Just curious?

I have been officially diagnosed by more than one pdoc.

I'm not a doctor or a therapist, I'm just someone who is working on my issues just like everyone else. I can, however, offer support, understanding, and opinion from personal experience.

shoe fits totally. Today i read this sentence: clients who

meet criteria for BPD have often learned to ignore their emotions and really

don’t know how they are feeling until they are completely taken over by an

emotion.” I got it from bpdcentral.com. Funny thing is this is so true! I always feel sad but don't know why until the sadness is so overwhelming and i have to sit and talk it out with somebody for like an hour or more.
