MDJunction to me

Storm6751"MDJunction to me is somewhere i feel safe i feel i can be myself and not be judged. I love the fact that i get to see that im not alone in what i am going through and i also get the chance to help others on their journey through guidance and communication.
I would truly be lost without MDJunction... to me its my savior, my personal place to go where i don’t feel so alone anymore in the world.

I was holiday after my exams ended and haven't had regular access to a computer. All I can say is that i've gone totally off path. I've almost gone back to the lowest of my depression. I feel angry at people, I feel sad all the time. I think it's because i've gotten off schedule. I need to come back and get on my schedule. Sad I'm just trying to hang on and do the best i can, I'm hurting my boyfriend alot, I keep saying really mean stuff to him. I also am getting mad at my brother. I'm frustrated and anxious, I feel like I don't want to committ as usual and then i'm picking fights and making eveyrone miserable. hmmmmmmmmm..........Is anybody else going thru this?

I'm sorry you're having issues. With a lot of people who have BPD change isn't something we work well with so it could be a break in your routine that has you feeling and acting that way. There are a lot of things in the DBT lessons that could help you deal with changes in routine and bringing yourself back to feeling more level instead of off course.

I'm not a doctor or a therapist, I'm just someone who is working on my issues just like everyone else. I can, however, offer support, understanding, and opinion from personal experience.
