Borderline Personality Support Group

I'm an idiot, my boyfriend invited me to meet his friends and i asked him what i should wear and i asked him if i should wear this one outfit I had and I ended up looking really formal and dumb and everyone around was so casual and cute. Plus my boyfriend's friend's girlfriend was so pretty and i looked so much like a whore all dressed up. i felt stupid, so I slipped out like for a phone call and ended up leaving the place. I was so scared I left my shoes there. I can home and had a mini panic attack with hyper ventilation. Now i feel kinda suicidal. I told my bf sorry like hundred times. what can I do? I'm so nervous in social situations and this was bound to happen.

his and my relationship is already on the rocks too. I guess he's gonna hate me. I wanna die.

The way I would have looked at it was that it's always better to be overdressed than under dressed for any situation. I'm sure you guys will work things out
