MDJunction to me

shamarie6"MDJunction to me is a place of refuge. A place I can come to for the support that I need, as well as a place to support others in need. A place where I don't worry about being judged because of my disabilities & there are people who truly understand what I live with on a daily basis." (shamarie6)

For starters I'm kinda manic. Except I have ever any clue what to do with myself. I wish I was healthy enough to work. I just sit here all day.
600mglithium
80mg geodon
3mg klonipin
If it were called Cancer, then you would be my friend. If it were called the flu then you would help me get better. But since its bipolar I stand alone.

hmm. I'd maybe start with something small. Go for a walk, bake something, clean the bathroom?

I'm not a doctor or a therapist, I'm just someone who is working on my issues just like everyone else. I can, however, offer support, understanding, and opinion from personal experience.

You could take up an instrument if you like music. No need for lessons. Between Google and YouTube there are more lessons and instructional videos out there than you ever though existed. Maybe painting or some sort of artistic endeavour?

Those are good suggestions and there's one I'll add to it. Have you thought about learning a foreign language? Joining a gym or just going out and getting exercise is also good therapy.
