MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

I have not been feeling well again--whatever is going around and I am getting tired of being sick. I also started a new med which is alos getting to me. I am getting tired of being around people and I just wat to run away which I do not think that will help at all. Recovery is a bi*ch sometimes and I kbow that is not good either. At this point this is all that I can say.

Hugs and love aplenty. This time of year can be really hard, between the longer nights and the beginning of flu season. I've been physically sick for months now, so you've got my sympathy. May we both feel better soon.

It's good to recognize that you want to hang out by yourself, but it sounds like you also know that it won't be good for you. Maybe you can compromise? Spend time one-on-one or in small groups, rather than more overwhelming large-group situations?

Keep in mind that I'm not a medical professional, and my advice is based on personal experience.

Diane, I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. The colds and flus and all kind of nasty things have been making their rounds in my area, too and unfortunately, I've been blessed with a couple of those bugs. This year it seems like those nasty things just linger on and on. I can relate to how you feel about being tired of being sick. Hang in there. There just HAVE to be better days ahead.
