Everyday I worry that this is the day he is going to decide that I am not worth it and he doesnt want to be with me anymore, especially when I know that he could have texted me and didnt, is it normal for someone with bpd to worry about stuff like this?

Yes, it seems like most of us feel so unworthy, have such low self esteem, need constant reassurance, etc. I also struggle with co-dependency and that makes me a bit more clingy then most people like.

Somehow, we need to reprogram our brains into believing that we are worth it, loveable, deserve a good partner, are worthy of happiness. Arrogance is something that I don't like in people, but there's a happy medium and it's worth working on. Just keep telling yourself what a wonderful person you are. Find little things that are special about yourself and keep reminding yourself of them. It doesn't have to be anything big, but just remember all the little kindnesses you do for others or the good things about yourself. Maybe you're a good cook or a good listener. Whatever it is and no matter how small it is, keep reminding yourself about our good qualities.
