For months now I can't calm down. I feel like I have to be up and moving around all the time. I have to take a ton of stuff to get to sleep at night. I just don't know if it is my meds or my boderline or bipolar.

I have not seen a psychiatrist in over a year now and I get my meds from my family DR. Part has to do with the expense of seeing so many different DRS and the copays involved.

The psych in the hospital told me I really need to be on soemthing like Klonipan to calm my nerves, but I am taking ATivan and its not doing anything. What do others take so you can calm down and sleep?

I was prescribed Trazidone to help me sleep. That stuff knocks me silly and I'm speaking funny within a few minutes. You might want to talk to your doc about that one.

I don't take anything So i'm glad you asked this question!! I've been the opposite since the summer though, all slugish and crappy....but I know I'll be on the upswing soon so I should look into getting some sleeping meds too.
