i popped outta bed, at 430 am. no reason, in fact i thought i would get more sleep than i got, considering what time i went to bed, but i did have an hour's nap from 6-7 when i laid down to do my chronic pain guided imagery meditation thingy (it only lasted for 20 min) somewhere in there i fell asleep.

that woman's voice its super soothing.

for the females in here, do you ever go on a shaving strike? i just hate hate hate shaving my legs, i keep telling myself i will do one part one day the other part the next day and keep alternating, but now i skip days and get all hairy! wonder if its because of the pain, or im just plain lazy!?

i dont have a lot of sense to make today. just gotta start the day with my work day, which btw is a few hours off since i woke up at 430 not 6 when i was scheduled to wake. so i have time to fart around on the internet and not do the reading i put off from last night? i should do it its just not light outside, i think theres a law against it, and if not there should be.

bein silly. hope you all have a great day!!!

Hey good morning painfooled!!!!!!

And good morning everyone!

Painfooled I can't remember the last time I took the time to shave my legs I think it was still August lol! Been thinking the last couple of days I need to shave em but then didn't take time. Maybe now that I'll be home more ill take the time? So I totally understand and no your not lazy as women we do ten times maybe more to get ourselves ready for the day than others Wink

First day of public virtual school for my daughter. I hope that she enjoys it? Woke up earlier than I had planned also but not 4:30 like Painfooled. My body is used to waking up for work even though I have he'll getting up for work. But I can sleep a little longer now I'm hoping it will help some of my health issues.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day with times of learning new things and smiles with low pains Smile

Naomi

PF...Congrats on your quiz and you are too funny! Yes I go on shaving strikes all the time. I will do my underarms religiously but I hate shaving me legs!!! It's such a feat. Really. Plus you have to balance and all. Wink

Naomi, Congrats on your little girl's first day of virtual school. How very cool. I hope she had fun! Oh, and you probably will see some of your symptoms ease up once you start getting more sleep. I guess there are no guarentees but I certainly hope it works for you!

Hello Barb. I hope you are crocheting up a storm. I always thought that that and knitting would be cool hobbies. I want to makes scarves too!

Everyone have a good day. See you on todays post.
