Good Morning my loving Peeps!

Hope you are all rested and pain-free this morning!!!

BF9- Hope you have a wonderful trip that you don't have to recover from. Be safe and take care of yourself. I love hiking but I hate snakes so watch out.

Sam- You are so lucky. I look forward to being a grandma one day (not yet though).

HM- Hope your pain is much better today. Zis so cute!

Ziranna- I hope you visit today. Look forward to hearing from you!

My daughter is here so I will check in but may not be here as much this weekend. I still get up early and she doesn't so I will definitely visit in the morning. I will get some good food too. She and especially her boyfriend are terrific cooks so a treat for me! Hands hurting quite a bit this morning but getting their PT on the computer.

Have a restful, balanced, pain-free day!

Hugs and Love

Good morning... Woke up and the clock read 4:20- I have to just laugh st my internally wacked clock! Pain is a 12 everywhere today- especially knees, feet and arms- you know, just the non-regular use body parts! But on an upside one of my cats left me a present staring me in the face- their "prize catch" for the night I can only assume- a fluffy, noisy, white mouse- with it's nose and eyes still intact! LOL! Gotta love it! Hope that once I move around a bit I will loose up- thinking of soaking in my wonder tub - with it's occasional and at least temporary pain lowering powers! Hope everyone has a great day- and that your pain is only a whisper and not a shout!

BF- So sorry you are in so much pain. Get rest today and pamper yourself. Hope you feel a lot better soon!

Somewhere it was said that our pain lets us know we're alive. Well I already know so I'm done with that!!

I plan to feel better very soon! I agree- it pain is supposed to let u know your alive why do we feel like death in the process!

Good Evening!

Susan~

I am so happy your family made it there safe and sound Smile WooHoo!! You've got to be in your glory.

Bfly~

I hope by now you are able to get around better and are feeling painfree.. No fun Sad

Sam~

No word from you yet today so hopefully that means you are having a good day and have kept busy?

BF9~

I bet you are having the time of your life on your mini vacation!! Yay!! I look forward to hearing stories!! Smile

Megan~

Miss you!

I woke this morning unable to move my neck to the left... The pain is very high and travels down into my shoulder.

Hmph!! What the heck? It hasn't let up at all today, hopefully by tomorrow? I thought at first I slept on it wrong but

12 hours later it hurts more.

Z has been very entertaining today tho so that helps me forget my pain. He's walked around singing to himself Smile

Also, blowing kisses to me... Awe!! He was going to go to the beach today, but his momma got called into work early.

She can't turn down any extra hours, no child support coming in. That's a whole different story... Lol

Anyway friends~

I hope you've each had a spectacular day!!

{{{HUGS}}} to you Smile

Hi ladies and gents if you are there,

I just got back from Zion tonight, so I will make this short. But, I had a great time.

M and I just relaxed and went swimmin-no hiking because it rained and was too muggy. But, had a blast all the same. There is a little town called Springdale right before you get to Zion and it's so cool. It's like an old hippy town filled with cute shops, and restraunts, and bars.

I hope you are all doing well. That your pains are low or lower, that your families are well, and that you are sitting back enjoying your evenings.

Night! Smile I'll post pics just as soon as I can.
