Saphris 20 mg
Lorazepam 3 mg at night and 1 mg as needed for anxiety
Lunesta 3 mg twice a night for sleep
Cardamazepine 200mg twice a day
Chantix (to quit smoking)
Simvstain (for cholesterol)
DIcyclomine 20 mg 4 times a day (for my bad belly)

Equetro 800mg
Klonopin 1mg as needed for anxiety
Celexa 40mg
Atarax
Lyrica 100mg x 3 a day
