Only a few meltdowns this week. Its been quiet nice. I live in fear after her last explosion, but what else do you do. I hope her house sells quickly and they can move on. My depression seems to be worsening with her Bipolar increasing. When I am not around her I am ok, when I am around her my anxiety increases I am in fear of anything I say setting her off. I want to help her I want to be here for her and the kids, but why should I have to live in fear...Ermm

I'm glad there were only a few meltdowns that you had to deal with. You shouldn't have to live in fear of setting her off. I'm very sorry that you live this way. You should be able to relax and be yourself. She needs some help. Medications adjusted or something. Something isn't right. Hang in there. Keep chatting with us, well be here for you. I think that being around her is a little unhealthy for you, especially since your depression is getting worse with her bipolar and the fact that you get so much anxiety around her. Maybe their house will sell and they will move on.

I'm glad that you have had a decent week, living in fear of setting her off would be very depressing. You should not have to live like that, I hope that her house sells very soon.
