I have been suffering from major depression for over a year and a half now... The longest I have ever been dark. Not really looking forward to the hospital stay but I know I cannot continue to wear the mask of normalcy for others comfort and/or expectations of me. I hope this time things will be different for me.

Best wishes- I hope the docs can help get your Meds straight and that you know light again soon! Don't forget- no shoestrings or anything with a drawstring at all... Be safe, remember you are there for you, so try not to get sucked into everyone else's drama and problems- like I often used to do. Be your own advocate and don take any mistreatment. Take advantage of all groups- even if u don't feel like moving! Light and peace to you.
Your joy is your sorrow unmasked. And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears. And how else can it be? The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain. Kahlil Gibran
