Worthiness

We all have the right to be here. We all have to right to feel good in our skin. I feel unworthy often and this is something that definitely needs to heal within me or it just makes life harder than it has to be.

Blessings, strength and courage to all.

Compassion

Be compassionate towards others but firstly, be compassionate to yourself. It is something I practice every day.

Blessings, strength and courage to all.

I like what you shared TexasYankee!! I'm gonna try doing that. I once had a therpist that told me to place pictures of myself around the house and when I would walk by one of them . .I was suppose to look at the picture and say what a good girl I was or what a good person I was, or mother/father, etc. I thought that was pretty good advice too. We are so hard on ourselves sometime, we have to re-train ourselves to be compassionate to ourselves like what TexasYankee said . .let's all practice these things and see if it truly makes a difference. I think it will!!

Truth/Honesty

I am learning all sorts of truths about myself. Some are good and some I could certainly do without. I will use courage to continue looking at myself and determine what is a personal truth and what is self-manipulation.

Blessings, strength and courage to all.
