Bipolars Only Online Support Group

He sent in the disability paperwork to my disability attourney with page 1 filled out. The other 7 pages.... well, he attached a note saying he didnt want to fill the rest of it out!?!? Like wtf!? I just can NOT believe his laziness! He is so useless! Why would he do this to me? Im completely out of money and have been for some time now and trying for disability as being bipolar 1, having ADHD, and general and social anxiety, add to that my back injuries and i just cant work. His paperwork he doesnt feel like filling out is the main thing for my case. I just cant make sense of this. And im so damn TIRED of never having money..

I have calmed down a bit but still need info on how to handle this...

That is so hard to believe. How about bringing it to your next therapy session and using the session to have him fill it out. It's not ideal but at least you would get it finished. Or he might see how serious you are about it and do it on his own. I wouldn't give up, it's important he fills that out.

Good luck with that. It's really mind-blowing but persevere and he wont have a choice.

I had the same problem when I was sueing for my pension. I got a lawyer to get my doc to fill it out but it cost me $3000. I was so upset I wanted to kill the doc. I did threaten him once.

This happened to me with an old therapist. She got fired eventually. Now my paperwork gets done fast, but I have to wait on SSA.

I am so sorry that you are going through this Spooky. Such unprofessional behavior on the part of your pdoc. I agree with JustJulie -- maybe there is a way you can fill it out and he just sign it????
