I want to say thank you for all of those people that listened to me yesterday when I was complaining about how unhappy I felt. I started feeling better last night. I just joined this group yesterday and I feel that talking about my feelings is really helping me! I feel pretty darn good this morning. I decided last night as I laid in bed that I was going to get up and have a good day! So, that's what I'm trying my best to do. I'm hoping that this is a change in my bipolar cycles. I usually am either depressed or anxious and impulsive, or occasionally I am a happy, cheerful person. I am not going to try to put a label on how I feel today, I just know that I feel better than I did yesterday. I take my bipolar disorder just like I do my recovery and that's one day at a time! Have a great day!

I am glad that you had are having a good day and welcome once again. It is nice to talk out your feelings. I tend to have a hard time in the morning. I tend to swing the same way you do, anxiety,depressed- the impulisive part has gotten better. I don't tend to reach that manic phrase but that is ok I wouldn't want to take a crash after it was done or cause havoc in my home. I did that before I was dx. I am also going to see a therapist starting tomorrow because I need to process my feelings of anxiety related to this Seroquel drop when the first time was a complete mess. Now I will do it slower and see what happens. Nice to meet you again!!
