Thanks, bfly.

I went to a 7:30 pm AA meeting that I'm not accustom to. They were having many celebrations tonight. I didn't see my old sponsor, whom I wanted to see. Instead I saw a couple of people that made me very nervous. Something else was making me very nervous too. My head started to feel funny and I saw one young woman looking for a seat so I hopped up and motioned to it for her and ran out of the room with one man tripping me on the way out. The man was trying to give me a chair but I ran so fast he didn't even get a thank you. I came home and feel better. I think I'm OK for now. I don't like that meeting.

Yeah... that's about the same level of fear I am having over getting out of this house and going to a meeting- you at least sat down for a moment- that's a big step with all the fear inside- congrats... hope you are okay.

bfly, thanks. I think I'll stick to the 5:30 meeting. I'm more comfortable there and usually make it through most of the meeting. The anxiety attack caught me by surprise. I also get scared that I'm going to have a seizure.
