yesterday and today have been my best couple of days since i became ill...in retrospect it was around a year ago that i started to go-downhill and before that i was almost certainly hypomanic; i feel as though i'm experiencing some of that (for me so far) elusive normal, reasonably positive mood...no struggles in my head and only momentary flashes of uncomfortable moods...i really hope i'm pulling properly out of my depression/mixed-state...i'm also not zombified by my meds nor experiencing any side effects (the night sweats i had are now gone)...i'm feeling normal and enjoying it immensely Smile

thankyou everyone for my support in my journey so far. i hope this message finds you in similarly good times

ben
