 I only lasted a week. I have the weirdest brain chemistry in terms of meds and stuff so my experience might be of no use to you. I'm the guy who smokes marijuana and get's hyper and talks a mile a minute versus getting chilled out, you know?

 For those who have been talking about the teeth-grinding and jaw tightness, talk to your doctor about trying Benedryl. It's helpful for those side effects.

 I am on 5mg of abilify every day and haven't had any increase in twitching. HOWEVER, before I started any meds, I had twitching, especially my legs. I would always jerk myself awake all night. I am on Klonopin for that and it is a MUST have in my med regiman. I can't sleep w/o it and it stops my panic attacks too.

I agree that you should call your dr about it.

 I tried abilify and it was awful. I was twitching and bouncing around like a 5 year old. I couldn't stop moving. It made me feel awful. Check with your doctor.

 I NEVER TRIED A LOW DOSE OF aBILIFY. i SLEPT MY ASS OFF AND WAS WASTED MOST OF THE TIME SO i STOPPED AND WENT ON cYMBALTA.IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING BUT WONDER BOUT THE LOWER DOES IF IT WOULD WORK BETTER. aNY OTHER SIDE EFFECTS? jUAST CURIOUS AND HOPE THIS HELPS,JIMMY

 For any of you still taking the cymbalta, call your doctors, let them know what is going on with you, none of the symptoms that you have described here are a good thing. Smoking dope and taking your meds are not a good thing either..

Do not adjust your dosage on your own, only your doctor can tell you how to do that and if you should.
