Hi all,

I'm Annie, Diagnosed in 2005 w/BPII with Dual Diagnosis.

Spent many (too many) years undiagnosed and untreated.

Initially treated for depression and I am sure you all know the outcome of that story...

I live in Northern Michigan on a small farm w/my husband

and 3 cats, 12 sheep, 2 pigs and a bunch of chickens.

I work in Public Health, my husband in Computer Networking and Communications.

I have a more interesting past but a more "boring" present, but that's ok because it means I am not manic, drinking or drugging and staying stable.

I look forward to meeting you all,

for now,

AnnieK

Hi Annie!!! Welcome. I hope you'll find some solace here as I have.

I was diagnosed w/ depression at first and that went...horribly wrong.

Wow 12 sheep! That's sweet. I have a dog name Oliver and used to have a fish named...well I forgot his name. He died three days after I got him. I overfed the little guy.. :/ Needless to say I don't do fish anymore.

I currently am unemployed but am going to volunteer. I make a lot of stupid decisions in life and each time I think I'm going to do better I end up just doing even dumber things but I've got hope that one day it'll all be sweet as, for everyone. Feel free to let it all out.

Hi, Annie, welcome to the group, we are glad to have you here, I had to giggle when I read about your "boring" life now, as that is exactly how I describe mine, no drinking, no drugging, no wild moodswings, etc.. home by 6pm, in bed by 9, 10 at the latest, no parties, sleep through New Years most of the time..

You've found a good place to just come and chat, tell us what about what is going on in your life, etc, I am sure with all that you have going on at home with the animals, it should keep you busy, no pets here where I live, miss having them.
