i cant sleep again its becomming a regular thing since i took myself off my meds.I look in the mirror and all i see is a shadow of my former self nothing feels real no emosion seems full and i cant turn it off my brain wont switch off.And the worse thing is soon my kids will wake and ill be tired again. to be on meds and not be able to compute or have keep up with a conversation or thought or to put on 5 kg a week due to the stupid things or dont sleep and cry lots and hate evryone including myself. I have a new emosion fear ... fear of it not getting better fear of pushing my lover and kids away fear of loosing everything by my fear and paranoia and erratic behaviour.big hugs
