I'm new here (of course) and I have Bipolar Disorder type II which sometimes 'changes' to Cyclothymia. In addition I have symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder which my doctor and I think it is likey in a 'remission stage' and a great anxiety that follows me in any situations and aspects of my life. All this bad stuff has caused many prejudices such as losing good opportunities of jobs, studies, increasing my career several times, relationship problems, etc etc.

Currently I am being treated only with medicines. I have already tried too many therapists without miraculous results, but only expending and wasting money with sessions. Well, I can say that nowadays after I have collected the good stuff I learned with each of them I myself apply it when the thing goes very bad.

I hope to get help here and to help people always when it's possible.

Greetings.

Bipolar type II with symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Cyclothymia.

Lithium: 900 mg
Lamotrigine: 25 mg
Seroquel: 200 mg
Clonazepam: 2 to 6 mg (it depends on my anxiety level)

Welcome to the group Roger75,

I also have BPII and GAD, I can relate to the anxiety following me around. It has caused me also not to take opportunities or follow up on education. This is a great group we have here, nice to have you on board. Smile

peace & hugs

Thank you both above. I already see I'll find support here. Smile

About education, RichEJ, that's exactly what happened with me, but with hard work I'am trying to make it now, even thinking I am a bit 'old' for that. Particularly I think since we want to go on, there is always time to make some dreams real, such as finish some study that we couldn't finish in the past.
