I was diagnosed with BiPolar "tendencies" four weeks ago. I tend more towards depression and being constantly stuck in my thoughts- my manic tends to be one long panic attack, usually lasting about two days. I am on week three of Lamictal (I wish it would start working) and going to work is painful. I have a hard time concentrating (all the time). I am in twicw a week therapy because I use suicidal thoughts as my safety blanket. Both of my parents are bipolar, so my childhood was uncomfortable- I have never been "comfortable in my own skin. Lateley I am ok at home, but I shut down when I have to leave the house. Anyone similar?
