Sad Does anyone know why someone's lithium level would fluctuate pretty dramatically over a short period of time? Ex. 1.0 down to .6 requiring hospitalization. Any input would help. Thank you.

If you were ill vomiting, diarrhea etc I believe that can cause Lithium toxicity. I'm on Lithium and I can sometimes vomit from anxiety and my Psychiatrist has always told me to watch for that. Beth
