My meds arent working. Please help.

I am on 500mg of Depakote and 20mg of Lexapro. I want to change/up my medicines but I can never reach my doctor. She never checks her messages. Meanwhile I feel like I am not on any meds at all. I feel like I am at square one...where I was 3 months ago when this all began. My moods are all out of control. Im falling asleep constantly, its an effort to get out of bed, Im getting enraged at everything, my husband it reaching his limit...part of my wants to self medicate just to feel good.

Help.

If nothing else, go to the hospital, you don't have to suffer like this.

If I go to the hospital what would I say?

I still feel so empty, so hollow. I feel nothing. Then Ill have rage, then go back to not being able to get out of bed. Its so hard to even write this reply.

I feel so uncared for. Its their job as doctors to care for people. Im done with that place.
