Even though I've been diagnosed for a while now, I still feel as though I haven't quite got my meds right yet. I have gotten better, but I still struggle with everyday simple things every single day. I battle depression, mania, and crude voices I hear constantly. Is it pretty normal to feel like some of your memories don't feel quite like memories anymore???? I just get weird feelings daily like I didn't even do some of the things I know I did.

Before I went on Lexapro, my thoughts were racing and very loud. I was never able to control them. I would always wake up and bam my mind would race and Id be thinking about what I had to do that day, who I had to call, things that stress me out, a song would be stuck in my head, the list goes on. All the while it would all be so loud. The Lexapro calmed my thoughts down quite a bit thankfully.
Before you can conquer a beast you must make it beautiful.
