Can anyone tell me what seems to be the "average" for finding the right med? I have been trying to find the right med for my racing thoughts and have tried 3 so far with not much luck. My pdoc seems stunned?! I was under the impression it does take some time but with her reaction she has me losong hopeSad.... Any help or personal stories would be sooo appreciated!

Thanks!

Kristie

I'm an Advocate

I have taken an unusually long time and what works for me is a mix of meds. No one medication works well, I need a 'cocktail'. Is your doctor willing to think outside of the box and experiment with multiple meds?
I AM NOT A DOCTOR. ANY ADVICE OR COMMENTS I PROVIDE ARE PURELY MY OPINION ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Imovane to sleep--too much
Ativan 3mg/day
