MDJunction to me

grandmasylvia"MDJ has been "a soft place to fall" for me as Dr Phil says. I have this very painful rare disease Dercum's Disease and take comfort in finding others here who share their knowledge and compassion. Many
members have helped me just by understanding my anguish and validating
my pain. We are working together to encourage research toward a cure.

I wouldn't take them.. most diet pills hype you up... that's the last thing you want when you are trying to stabilize your mood..just my 2 cents worth..

That makes sense. I mean I just want help losing weight. I am extremely impatient and diet and exercise takes a looong time and lot of effort for not a lot of results.

alll diet pills will do is curb your appetite, they won't speed up your weight loss.. fastest way to lose weight? and best diet for BP? Low carb!!! I lost 75 pounds last year... I wouldn't call that slow at all... good luck to you..

I do believe Jarod's put on a little extra weight after all the Subway hype. You don't have to cut out carbs completely. There are good carbs and bad carbs. Good carbs come from whole grain pastas and breads, brown rice, vegetables, and fruit. You want to steer clear of processed foods and anything with white flour in it. I need to kick myself in the butt as well to get back into shape. It's amazing what changing your diet will do with some strength training added on top. I've done it before, so I know I can do it again - and so can you Smile I just got back from vacation where I spent a day at a water slide park. SOOOO many young, beautiful bodies - I know I'm not that young anymore, but it definitely made me want to make some healthy changes in my life. Good luck to you!
And then the day came,
when the risk
to remain tight
in a bud
was more painful
...than the risk
it took
to blossom.
