You are reaching out and this is good. We are here for you, so keep posting. Please don't try to hurt yourself. If you feel like you will, go to the hospital and get taken care of. I hope you are okay right now. You are in a lot of pain and you can reach out to us. We will be right here for you. I would definitely call your psychiatrist and let him know how you are feeling and he'll probably give you a medication adjustment or change.
