I am so frustrated right now. I woke up this morning sobbing for no real reason. I just wanted to go back to bed and never wake up. I hadn't felt that in a while. Overall June has been a better month for me than prior months, but I can't help but wonder if this is as stable as I can expect to get? Shouldn't being stable mean that I don't have those severe depressive episodes? If that's the case, then I'm not close to stable yet. Grrrr. I see my pdoc tomorrow and he's been talking about adding Depokote. I hope I can get myself back on track. I guess it's one step forward and two steps back. I'm trying to hang on, but this has been a really scary ride.

You have been having such trouble and I'm so sorry. My heart goes out to you. Wanting to just go back to bed and being this down is awful for you. Especially when you have been feeling okay. Yes, when you are stable you usually don't have severe depressive episodes. It's good that you are seeing your psychiatrist tomorrow. Keep trying medications till you get that right combination. Never give up. Hang on and know that we are here to help you thorough this. Keep posting and we will keep helping you. I hope that tomorrow is a better day for you.

Hi Invisible. I am feeling a lot better today. I saw my pdoc yesterday... he added Effexor to the mix. Let's hope that does the trick.
