MDJunction to me

jenniferdiva"MDJunction has been just an amazing support for me. The people who are on mdj are so nice! Unlike the many other support sites that I have been on. I have made several friends on mdj who are so supportive and so educated about mental illness. Of course non of us are doctors, but we certainly offer each other hugs, opinions, and advice. I have learned a great deal from my friends on mdjunction. I am also encouraging other people who suffer from mental illness to come on to MDJ. It can be a life line." (jenniferdiva)

That's awesome you have felt good for 2 days. It's a small reprieve it sounds like, but a welcomed one. I hope you don't fall back into hypomania or a depression.

That's fantastic that you have felt good the last few days. I hope it continues and you don't get hypo-manic or depressed. It feels great when that happens.

It is nice when there is a calm patch. Being up and down is tiring. I really like being able to really enjoy myself doing activities I love, I think I am more grateful for the calm patches now that I have had so many rough ones the last four years compared to years before. I think learning to live in the moment in my treatment has really made allowed me to enjoy the calm moments more, not waiting for the other shoe to drop.
