Therapist on vacation-re post from bipolar group

This is going to be a very long week with my Pdoc away...I hate feeling dependent on him but I am bouncing up and down lately and now am more down than up with mixed states at times And he gave me a list of meds to adjust before he went away!

Another PDoc was supposed to call me for an appt since last Weds. but he has not. I am too shy to call him...I have met him only once before for a second opinion as per my Pdoc's wishes. Being vacation time is anyone else struggling with this?
