My moods are swinging all over the place. I can't concentrate. I'm flying off the handle. Then I'm crying. Then I feel a moment of peace. Then it all starts again. I know I'm cycling. Tried to get an appt with pdoc but they don't have any openings until 11/11. I told her on the phone I was having problems and I really needed to see the doc, but she put me on a waiting list. I just hope I don't wind up hurting someone's feelings during this whole episode. I'm trying really hard to keep it together.

I'm so sorry you are having a rough time. Won't your pdoc call you back and make adjustments over the phone? Your pdoc should be more accessible than this. You are strong; you can keep it together til you see your pdoc. Always stop and a take a breath before reacting to things. I find that really helps me keep things under control. Meditating helps. Listen to soothing music. And if you can, exercise. Just a walk can help alot with what's going on with you. Keep posting to help with getting it all out in a safe place. I'm saying a prayer for you,
Abilify 5 mg
Prestiq 50 mg
Adderall 45 mg
Wellbutrin 450 mg
Lamictal 150 mg

Try to think before you react. I get really mean when I am hypo and I say things I don't mean. Then I cry because I feel so guilty. I hurt people's feelings too. I have found that taking deep breathes, thinking before reacting, and walking away helps a lot. Give it a try. I hope you can get in the psychiatrists office on one of the cancellations sooner than your appointment. You can do this. I have faith in you. Keep posting here and talking to us. We are here for you and we will listen to you faithfully.

Okay, had to fight, but I got an appointment today. I was in such bad shape when I walked into his office, he knew something was very wrong. He d/c the Depakote and the Trazodone. Trazodone causes low blood pressure and I already have low blood pressure and I've been on it for 10 years, it was making my pressure even lower. He upped my Risperdal to 1.5 mg. and gave me Cogentin for the restlessness you get with it. And Restoril for sleep. I'm hoping to not have to take the Restoril. It's a benzo. I also told him I wanted to d/c the Klonopin, but he told me not right now because I'm not stable. But he did lower it to .5 mg. t.i.d. and agreed that I could stop taking this in about six months lowering .5 every two months.

I hope the increase in the Risperdal helps. He also didn't put me on an anti-depressant yet. Will do so in three weeks when I go back.
