I'm an Advocate

I am sorry you are feeling so crappy, I am glad you are in contact with your pdoc. Is there anyway you can get out in between doing your essays. Maybe get some coffee or icecream with a friend? Catch a movie or dinner or something, anything to just get out of the house and get your mind off of things. Its always uplifting and good to get out of the house. I hope you start feeling better very soon and your meds start working for you. Keep posting we are always here for you. Big Hugs, Stacey Smile
