i feel like right now i have no control because i'm bored i wanna go outside and scream find some guy and fuck him thats really bad but thats how i feel i don't want to feel like that. I can't breathe i feel tired but yet i don't want to sleep because there are not enough hours in the day and i don't want to face tomorrow i want someone here with me.

That whole wanting to find a guy etc thing, that's a function of bipolar disorder. It's a very common thing that happens. It's one part of the disease my husband really fears...But I know how you feel. It sucks. Just remember to think about consequences Before you act...that's the hard part. You just feel instinctually like you should be doing something that you also know is terribly destructive and no good. It's tough. But we are strong people. YOU are a strong person. just think before you act. Always. (Or as much as is humanly possible...this disease is a big one.) you can do it.
