Here's a little something I learned while I was in the hospital...

Hugging

Hugging is healthy:

It helps the body's immunity system,

It keeps you healthier,

It cures depression,

It reduces stress,

It induces sleep,

It is invigorating,

It is rejuvenating,

It has no unpleasant side effects,

And hugging is nothing less

Than a MIRACLE DRUG!

Hugging is all natural:

It is organic, naturally sweet,

No pesticides, no preservatives,

No artificial ingredients and

100% wholesome!

Hugging is PRACTICALLY PERFECT:

There is no movable parts,

No batteries, no check-ups,

Low energy consumption,

High energy yield, inflation-proof,

Non-fattening, no monthly payments,

No insurance premiums, theft-proof,

NON-TAXABLE, non-polluting and,

Of course,

FULLY RETURNABLE!!

I hope that you all like this and you may use in your MY SPACE page or blogs; just use my real name of Sue to give credit where it's due.

Cappy

You can live with the bipolar disorder, not let bipolar disorder ruin you...

Hugs are not the only things contagious, so are smiles, if you force yourself to smile, you could find yourself laughing and causing others to smile. Is good juju on bad days.
Learn from Yesterday, live for today, Hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to never stop questioning.

smiles are good. i learned this trick years ago when i was teaching school and had to teach the kindergarten. being in a room with 30 4 year olds have grown up on constant entertainment and stimulus is stressful to say the least. i found if i put a smile on my face it helped although i still stressed the whole time. it made me feel better. also never turn your back on a kindergarten class, can be dangerous.
I enjoy each precious day.
